A remnant from the installation Parent Body. In the installation a drop of water was set up continuously fall into a reflective tray on the ground, over the course of the exhibition. As the pool filled and evaporated, residues of calcium carbonate and a patina altered the stainless steel, evoking planetary processes and ideas of geological memory.
